If you have even one of the symptoms of COVID-19 you can now get a free test.
You need to get the test done in the first 5 days of displaying any one of the symptoms. It works best if you get it done in 3 days. So do not wait.
Check if you or your child has symptoms.
You should stay at home and isolate until you get the result. Here are ways you can get support with things like food and medical supplies.
Some people without symptoms can have the test too. Go to the NHS website to check who can get a test and how you order a test for someone else in your household.
Go to the NHS website or call 119 to book a test and find out what it involves.
You can get a test kit delivered to your home, or you can go to a local test site. You can choose which one you want when you book.
If you are worried about testing your child, Just One Norfolk has advice and a video which may help.
You should get your result within 48 hours.
The test will only tell you if you have coronavirus (COVID-19) now. It will not tell you if you have had it before.
If you test positive you will be required to isolate at home for 10 days. If you test negative you may still be required to isolate at home.
Read more about your coronavirus test result and what it means on the NHS website.
